Plain terms for a small product. If something here reads as though it is trying to be clever at your expense, it is a drafting error — tell us.

What Priveo is

Software that records athlete monitoring data and applies published clinical thresholds to it. It shows you numbers, what they crossed, and the research behind the line.

What Priveo is not — and this matters most

• It is not a medical device and it does not diagnose.
• It does not clear an athlete to train or play. Every clearance record carries the name of the human who made the decision, because that human is the decision-maker of record. Priveo supports that decision; it never makes it.
• It does not predict injuries. Nobody can. It surfaces loads and asymmetries that research associates with risk.
• It does not replace your clinical judgement, your professional obligations, or your insurer’s requirements.

Your responsibilities

• You have the right to record the athlete data you enter, including consent for any athlete who is a minor. Priveo records that consent; obtaining it is yours.
• You keep your sign-in link private. It is how the system knows you are you.
• You use it within your professional scope. A tool that shows you an amber lane does not extend your qualifications.

Billing

• 28 days free. No card. If you do nothing at the end, nothing is charged and nothing is deleted immediately.
• $29 per month or $290 per year, covering 25 athletes.
• +25 athletes per pack, added to the same subscription rather than a second bill.
• Cancel from inside the app at any time. You keep access to the end of the period you paid for. We do not send retention emails or make you talk to anybody.
• Prices you signed up at do not change while you stay subscribed.

Your data is yours

Export any athlete’s complete record as JSON whenever you want, including after cancelling. See Privacy for retention and deletion.

Availability

We aim for Priveo to be there when you open it on a touchline, and it is built to keep working offline and sync later for exactly that reason. But it is a small product on shared infrastructure, and we do not promise an uptime figure we cannot underwrite. Do not make Priveo the only place a clinical record exists if your governing body requires otherwise.

Ending it

You can leave whenever you like. We would only close an account for non-payment, or for use that puts athletes or other customers at risk — and you would hear from a person first.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that affects you, you get an email before it takes effect, not a silent edit.
